Low-back pain affects most of us at some point in our lives. Hopefully it’s something that passes and doesn’t stick around. This yoga workout flow was designed especially for one of my subscribers, Christel.

Back pain can be caused by a number of different reasons including injury, poor posture, repetitive motion, or simply aging.

Growing older is inevitable, but the good news is that pain is not. Regular stretching can help to prevent and relieve symptoms of back pain. When your spine and pelvis are aligned and your muscles are relaxed, you are more resilient. With a regular yoga practice and a focus on stretching and strengthening your hips, hamstrings, and inner legs you can work to improve posture, mobility and reduce and relive back pain.
