Welcome to the very last episode of One Month of Yoga! We have made it through! Woohoo

In this last month we have covered quite a bit.
– We learnt various forms of yoga warm-ups – both sitting and standing
– We learnt and practiced 3 variations of sun salutations – classic Surya Namaskar, Surya Namskar A & B
– We learnt asanas to open up the chest and shoulders
– We did asanas to strengthen the back as well as core muscles
– We also did asanas to open up the hips, hamstrings and calves

In this last episode we will bring everything together to create a holistic practice that covers all the major muscle groups.

We start with Kapalbhati kriya, then do some warmup stretches, practice a few sets of Surya Namaskar, practice asanas to strengthen the core and the back and finally wind down with some reclining asanas and Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. After this you should be all set to begin your own home yoga practice. 🙂

One Month of Yoga is a series of yoga classes in which I will be teaching and taking you through the basic and intermediate levels of yoga asanas and kriyas. We will be covering around 75 asanas and kriyas over the period of one month. And you can do this from the comfort of your own home, at your own time, for free: D
