“Day 2: Its Crow/ Crane Pose and there are so many variations! Heres a progress of Crow pose so give yourself a little challenge. It took 6 months of hard work to lift my feet off the ground and find balance in Crow. I would have never known what I was (and still am) capable of if I had never started.
