Yoga to Energize – 10 Minute Yoga Workout – Morning Yoga Routine – Yoga for Energy //EXPAND FOR MORE INFO//
Hi! I’m Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! This is a quick yoga routine to give you energy! This “yoga to energize” sequence will help revitalize & refresh you! This 8 Minute yoga workout will give you energy, and it’s great to do as a part of your morning routine!
To start, begin at the top of your mat in mountain pose (tadasana), and we will take several sun breaths before coming into downward facing dog pose (adho mukha svanasana). We will then take a warrior 2 (virabhadrasana II) pose on both sides and we’ll move through a vinyasa in between each one.
Next, we will flow from warrior 2 into triangle pose (trikonasana) and move through a vinyasa before coming to the same flow on the other side. Our next flow of the sequence will be from fierce pose or chair pose (utkatasana) into tree pose (vrksasana) into warrior 3 (virabhdrasana III) on both sides.
To end this yoga class, we’ll take a side body stretch standing in mountain pose.
