Here we’ll remake some basic standing poses so you can be relaxed, easygoing and movable in your yoga. Pretty soon things that were hard won’t be hard any more! You’ll enjoy your yoga a whole lot more. You’ll be a much better athlete. Most important, you’ll feel great!
