Yoga Beginner’s Course (part 3 of 4) – Sun Salutations



This is the third part of a four part series to help you get started with yoga. It’s meant to give you a little introduction to the physical part of yoga (asana) and help you get comfortable to attend a class or start your own yoga practice at home.

In the first two parts we are looking at some of the basic yoga postures which you will find in most yoga classes.
