This is a front and back view of a pose I call Tangled Lizard Pose. It’s as uncomfortable as it looks, but effective in prepping the thigh, shoulder, and hips for our DETAIL + DEPTH pose, Revolved Sugarcane. Start on the front body with one arm bent at a 90 degree angle, otherwise known as “cactus arms” or “goal post arms.” Turn away from the arm to roll onto the side body.
