Life is about balance ⚖️and yet I resonate so strongly with the words of Oscar Wilde when he said, “Moderation is fatal. Nothing succeeds like excess.” If you think of all the inspirational people in the world, whether it be the likes of Pema Chodron, Madonna, Nelson Mandela or the Dalai Lama, they didn't reach that level in life by doing things half-heartedly. They gave/have devoted their whole lives to their mission. ✊
