I used to have a very hard time falling asleep at night and would lay awake for hours! I’m much better now but every now and then restlessness creeps up on me and when it does, I turn to yoga to help. This sequence is a gentle hatha practice that will incorporate some easy hip openers and forward folds to soothe a busy mind and a restless body. Melt away tension and get ready for a deep night sleep. No props required but you can always grab a few pillows and blankets to get extra cozy.
