Yoga Sequence: King Pigeon Tips: You need very open pecs & shoulders to flip the grip, so if this sequence doesn’t help you flip, you need to work on opening those areas ❤ 1. SERVE THE TRAY Just note that your pigeon must be upright & stable I.e not falling over otherwise youuu noooot readyyyy for this 2. FOOT UP SERVE TRAY Bring foot up, if it doesn’t come up (that’s what she said) then quads are tight OR
