Hope this helps you guys, these are daily stretches for me.

Helps a lot with my pain in my hips or whenever I’m sore. MAKE sure to hold each exercise for atleast 15-30 seconds, I don’t here for the purpose of the video. It will be particularly awesome for those who tend to carry stress or tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back. A mindful low impact practice to tend to the body, lean in, awaken and begin to unlock. Gentle yoga class to give you greater relaxation, more energy and joy. Relaxation pose and crocodile poses to relax the lower back. Shoulder exercises to relax the neck and shoulders. Sitting forward bend for flexibility. Inclined plane for strengthening the back. Spinal twist for good massage of the abdominal organs. Final relaxation to really let go. You will feel full refreshed and recharged.
