Week 4 – Day 6: Prenatal Yoga (Beginner/Intermediate)



Finally, right?! I probably get asked to do this video at least 3 times a day 😉 Even if you’re never intending to become pregnant, or you’re one of my male yogis, this class is still an amazingly grounding class to open up the hips and the low back as well as give you some gentle endurance work as well. Congrats to all my yogis with a little one on board and welcome to all the ones who are just here for the heck of it! You’re gonna love it– so let’s go!
