The Basic Warm Up for Pregnant women struggling with back pain. – Learn some yoga poses that you can do during pregnancy. Keep Working out Safely even while pregnant. Practicing with breathing exercises and finding your flow will be extremely helpful down the road. This class is easy, so its best suited for beginners /intermediates students in the morning, or before bedtime.
NOTE: Please contact your doctor before working out, or performing any of these routines. Especially if you are having any hip pains, and in the second or third trimester.
