Yoga for Beginners | Floor (Part 5)



This yoga video is a 30 min floor sequence for beginners. It is designed so you can practice this on its own, or as part of the full “Yoga for Beginners” playlist. Introducing some of the most common seated postures, twists, forward bends and back bends, tips for alignment and demonstrating how to use props to help with your practice. The video finishes with guided savasana, relaxation, to help you understand the importance of this part of the practice.
