Yoga for Beginners Day 6: Flow

Welcome to Yoga for Beginners – core and pelvic floor friendly yoga that’s suitable for all levels! Today (Day 6) is the culmination of this 6-part video series. We combine breath + movement into a flowing routine that utilizes several of the yoga poses you learned in Days 1-5. You will learn new postures including Triangle Pose, and we will experiment with Crow Pose and Shoulderstand (modifications provided). This routine ends with a guided chakra meditation. Don’t miss it!
