Yoga for Beginners Day 5 | Haley’s Hatha Yoga (Full Class)



Yoga for Beginners is a series of classes that gives people who are new to yoga a great introduction. If you have never done yoga before this is a great place to start, or if you want to perfect your posture in each pose this is also a great place to start.

This series of full yoga classes includes enhanced explanations of the poses and techniques used. Ensuring you have proper posture and can begin your yoga practice with correct knowledge of poses, instead of guessing and trying to make yourself look the same as your neighbor, I empower you with the actual knowledge and alignment of each pose.

The yoga poses in this hatha yoga class are meant to build on each other as you go through the beginner’s series. This first class will provide you with a foundation to build on as you go through your yoga journey.
