Yoga Class for Tight Hamstrings with Kelly Pender



Tight hamstrings are very common for many of us and can result in lower back pain and tight hips. When the hamstrings are tight, they can in turn create tension in the hips and back.

It’s important to stretch and lengthen the hamstrings to avoid injury, advance in your yoga practice, and ensure healthy mobility for years to come. You will gain hamstring flexibility with this yoga flow.
