Yoga Beginners Part 1 “Foundational Poses”, Esther’s new beginner series for all of you who are starting to practice yoga..In part one of this beginner series Esther Ekhart explains a few of the most used yoga poses in a flowing yoga class.

There are 5 parts of these series in total. Practice these poses everyday, so you are ready to flow with them in part 2 on thursday “Learning to flow” . Most of all enjoy, and pay attention to how you feel after even practicing a few yoga poses.
