I love my Ashtanga practice, at least 95% of it. There is 5 poses I don't like, even hate, but the pose that I really hate and I don’t know why the hell Pattabhi Jois add it into the Ashtanga series, I can’t even think on one good reason to practice that pose…The Kukkutasana! OMG! in the video you can see exactly what I mean.
