Total body Power Yoga Workout Flow – An intense 30 minute power yoga workout that moves at a quicker pace…perfect for days that you want to practice, but haven’t got a lot of time for yoga.
Create endurance, stamina, strengthen upper body, core, and legs, while stretching and opening upper and lower back, hips and hamstrings. This power flow yoga class also includes breathing practice and a short meditation.
