Morning Yoga Poses for Beginners at Home



The perfect yoga routine to energize and wake up in the morning.

This 12-minute video covers beginner level yoga poses: mountain pose, forward fold, plank position, chaturanga, upward dog, downward dog, warrior 1, warrior 2, peaceful warrior, extended side angle, lunge, lower back stretch, pigeon pose, pretzel stretch or reclined pigeon, child’s pose.

No music, just my voice taking you through relaxing stretches to get you ready for your day.

I recommend doing this in the morning after you wake up and walk around. If you need to eat before you do this, wait at least 30 minutes until you have digested.

This free yoga video is to be done at home or in a studio. I do this yoga routine every morning. Please consult your physician before trying any new exercise.
