This is a mommy and me class my son is about 5 and a half months old right now but you can do this routine with any pre-crawler and again, highly modify the exercises. I’m just trying to show you in this video how I’m working out and stretching at home with my baby and it really has become a bonding time for us. I feel like he really loves looking into my eyes and he just feels like I’m so engaged with him when I play with him in this way and I just love it because I’m getting a little bit of a workout and a stretch in too.
