Fun Yoga Routine for Flexibility with Jackelyn Ho

This super fun yoga flow is for flexibility and is a totally refreshing way to open up and release your tight muscles. If you want to experience all of the benefits without all of the intimidation that you may find in a normal yoga class, this is the perfect place to start. We’re going to experience all of the goodness that sun salutation, downward dog, lizard, standing splits, and a few more extremely satisfying leg stretches have to offer.
