2. Seated poses to stretch and relax tensions in the upper body. Perfect for relieving upper back or neck and shoulder tension as well as increasing flexibility in the spine and hips. (14:18)

3. A standing sequence is used to gently strengthen and tone the lower body, while improving flexibility in the hips, back and shoulders. This will flow into a non-invasive sequence to strengthen your core, prevent injuries, and increase circulation bringing clarity and mental focus. (9:16)

4. Restorative yoga sequence to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for deep relaxation. Meditation is known to decrease many stress related symptoms while training the mind to overcome challenges in a healthy way and gain a positive outlook on life. (18:43)
