Description

Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – This is a dynamic Power Vinyasa Flow yoga class. In this 30- minute yoga practice, we build strength in the entire body. We explore plank and side plank variations, different chaturangas and pushups, arm binds and twists, and many more. The class starts in mountain pose and ends in mountain pose. If you would like to cool down or do seated stretches to complement this strong practice, I recommend the following videos:
