There are a few key standing poses and inversions that can really help the body to detoxify. The lateral extensions help to stimulate and stretch the organs, and the twist also help to stimulate and increase blood flow. The body can become a more efficient pump for blood and fluids when it’s properly taken care of. When it’s clouded up with scar tissue, superficial facial build up, and toxins it will struggle to find balance and health. Help to balance the body/mind by practicing healthy for a lifetime.
