Ashtanga Yoga, Beginners Series, Class 1 with Nea Ferrier



This is the first class in the ashtanga Yoga Beginners series, which will provide you with an introduction to the practise of Ashtanga yoga. The beginner series follows a “step-by-step” approach, starting with the backs and introducing new postures in each class.
