Description

A slow flow beginners yoga class taster!

This class is ideal to do after a long day at work to slow down,
or to gently start the day in a concious fresh way.
It includes some pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and asana (the the physical postures).

The reason why I primarily work with longer holds is the Air element in us – Vata.
When we travel and move a lot, watch computer and phone screens and eat dry and airy foods (salads and fluffy breads for example) we dry our body out. We then easily get imbalanced in this element.
A slower practice help us get the Vata in check and get our mind and body to slow down, and eventually be still.
