Advanced Yoga Workout – Inversions, hand stands, core work w/ JQ Williams is a precise and challenging yoga workshop for the skilled intermediate to advanced yoga student seeking proper instruction for inversions and more advanced poses.

This 80 minute Vinyasa yoga class challenges the yoga practitioner to expand and deepen their yoga practice.

About JQ Williams: JQ is a warm and energetic teacher with a background in dance, gymnastics, and pole vault. After a few bad injuries from pole vaulting she found yoga as a way to heal her body, the surprise that cane with it was that yoga also healed her heart and brought a new depth to mental clairty.
