1. Uttitha Hastasana in Tadasana
2. Cat & Cow
3. Twists
4. Thread the needle (supine pigeon)
5. Plank pose

Do these poses every day for more strength, less muscle tension, and to get your body moving after being still for long periods of time. They help to reduce lower back pain, release tight and stiff muscles, and move your body!
