30 Minute Total Body Yoga Workout for Strength With Fightmaster Yoga



Join me for this 30 minute total body yoga class focusing on creating strength. We’ll begin by settling in, breathing and setting an intention for our practice and then we’ll start moving right away, toning the back, shoulders, legs, arms, belly and hips! This class will heat you up and then cool you down so you feel ready for anything. Duke got a new drone and we’re excited to share some new camera angles at the beach with you too!
