All levels of yoga are welcome but this is especially beginner friendly routine that you can easily fit into your morning even if you were in a rush. A few simple poses to wake up your body and get you going while also starting your day with a calm mind. Few backbends and more intensive stretches but be gentle and let your body tell you how to flow. Everybody and everyday is different.
